Does Bluehaven Home System remove Chlorine and Chloramine?
Yes, our system can remove 99.99% of all chlorine, 99% human pathogens, 90%+chloramine and many other harmful bacteria, viruses and metals including Hep A, E.coli, Salmonella Typhimurium, Legionella Pneumoophila which is why we are market leaders in this industry.
What about water pressure and flow rate?
Bluehaven uses large 20”x 4.5” filters which has many benefits, the double surface area compared to the 10” systems other companies use enables a larger filtering surface area meaning a longer filter life, higher quality filter efficiency and minimal pressure drop. Our systems have a massive 55lpm flow rate ensuring minimal pressure drop.
What are the different types of water filtration we can get?
Bluehaven has spent a lot of time in the RnD space ensuring customers aren’t concerned or questioning what filters to get.
The filter systems we provide will ensure you and your family are protected from chemicals, heavy metals, viruses and bacteria that are found in the town water supply.
Do I need to have water filtration at the mains if I have a pool?
We can install a simple bypass valve during installation meaning you’re able to fill up your pool with out having to run it through the filtration system.
How often do we need to replace filters?
Unlike other company’s, our first stage is recommended to be changed between 6-12months depending on location and water quality, you will receive an extra sediment filter on purchase meaning you won’t have to change a filter for 18 months. Our second and third stage is recommended to be changed every 18 months.
